Fantastic Experience!

metro station easy navigation pleasant staff excellent bakery

The metro station is very close to the hotel. It allowed for easy city navigation. The staff were pleasant , very helpful throughout my stay. I found an excellent bakery just next door. many restaurants.

The temperature was remotely controlled , and I could not initially adjust it. It took some time to have this issue resolved, involving a trip to the reception desk.

Fantastic Stay Near Everything!

fantastic location helpful staff

The location is fantastic. I found a pharmacy and a café very close by. Staff members were cute and helpful during my entire stay. I also found bars, restaurants, and a 24-hour store just around the corner! The room was very comfy and tidy.

The room was quite small. This made moving around with luggage a little challenging. I hope this can be addressed.

Superb Stay Near Eiffel Tower

helpful people early check-in clean room

I really liked the helpful front desk people, they were friendly. I appreciated the early check-in offered to me. The room was clean with great views of the Eiffel Tower. The bed felt soft like sleeping on a cloud. The staff quickly addressed any questions that I had. I will return without a doubt!

I found a very slight sulfur smell sometimes in the shower water.

Acceptable Location, Numerous Issues

stain on the carpet basic breakfast

The location was near the train station, helpful for getting around.

The room had some cleanliness issues, I spotted a stain on the carpet. The bathroom door lock also didn't work, this. Breakfast was basic, I arrived after 8:00 AM and many items were already gone.
